An employee approaches a linear-oriented manager with a request - and the manager is currently working on another project - the manager's "comfort zone" would be to tell the employee, "Come back later, I have to finish this project first." Strong linear thinkers prefer to stay focused on one task at a time and often miss the big picture.

A global-oriented manager (in the same situation) would likely respond immediately to the employee's request, but may procrastinate returning to the initial project after helping the employee. Why do you offer 4, 6 & 8-hour formats?

The 6 and 8-hour seminars (available in a 1 or 2-day format) will provide significant hands-on training to help your managers immediately transfer their new skills back to the workplace. The 4-hour seminar will provide participants with essential strategies (and resources) to apply once they return to work (often the same day).

The shorter format also serves as a practical refresher for experienced managers (who may not have time to spend a full day away from the office).
