Bonus Plan*

Pay Step 1

Once a Representative generates $10,000 in gross revenue (in the same calendar year) he or she will receive an additional 10% for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration.

Example

4-Hour Seminar: $140 x 35% = $49 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)
6-Hour Seminar: $180 x 35% = $63 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)
12-Hour Seminar: $310 x 35% = $108 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)

 

Pay Step 2

Once a Representative generates $20,000 in gross revenue (in the same calendar year) he or she will receive an additional 15% for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration.

Example

4-Hour Seminar: $140 x 40% = $56 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)
6-Hour Seminar: $180 x 40% = $72 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)
12-Hour Seminar: $310 x 40% = $124 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)

 

Pay Step 3

 

Once a Representative generates $30,000 in gross revenue (in the same calendar year) he or she will receive an additional 25% for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration.

Example

4-Hour Seminar: $140 x 50% = $70 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)
6-Hour Seminar: $180 x 50% = $90 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)
12-Hour Seminar: $310 x 50% = $155 (for each confirmed lead that results in a paid registration)

* The applicable bonus amount will be paid to the representative for the remainder of that calendar year. Representatives who finish a calendar year with $30,000 or more in generated revenue will automatically receive bonuses at the Pay Step 3 level for the following year.

Business & Government Programs

Confirmed Lead - 25% of the seminar fee if the confirmed lead results in a paid client contract

Open Lead - 10% of the seminar fee for each open lead that results in a paid client contract

Full-Day Flat Rate: $2,500
Representative Provides TLC with a Confirmed Lead:  $625 Commission Paid to Representative

Full-Day Flat Rate: $2,500 x 40% = $1,000 commission paid to the representative

Once a Representative generates $30,000 in gross revenue (in the same calendar year) he or she will receive an additional 25% commission for each confirmed lead that results in a paid program.

Example

Half-Day Flat Rate: $1,400 x 50% = $700 commission paid to the representative
Full-Day Flat Rate: $2,500 x 50% = $1,250 commission paid to the representative


 

* The applicable bonus amount will be paid to the representative for the remainder of that calendar year. Representatives who finish a calendar year with $30,000 or more in generated revenue will automatically receive bonuses at the Pay Step 3 level for the following year.
