Once a representative becomes certified to promote our programs he or she will be eligible to choose a preferred geographic territory. If a territory is selected that is already represented by a certified Target Learning Representative, a Target Learning Director will decide if the territory can be shared based on the following criteria:

●  Past and present performance of existing consultant
●  Input from existing consultant
●  Input from incoming consultant
●  Demographics of territory 

A representative's territory can also be expanded, at any time, to maximize earnings. For example, a representative may choose to recruit and hire additional (secondary) representatives to help promote and teach our seminars in their territory, or to cover a larger geographic area. Secondary Representatives would need to complete the same basic Target Learning certification process and would be held to the same standards as the primary representative. Naturally, a primary representative would be eligible to receive commission over-rides on all Target Learning programs generated by their secondary representative. In addition, if a primary representative demonstrates a strong proficiency at managing multiple secondary representatives he or she may be invited to join us as a full-time salaried employee with the title of District or Regional Director.

As Target Learning grows we anticipate the following upgrades:

●  All programs available on CD/DVD, text and audio tapes
●  Published books on Target Learning subject matter
●  Eligibility for Continuing Education Units
●  Sales presentations and representative biographies on CD/DVD
●  District and Regional Manager positions worldwide
●  Target Learning Centers Worldwide (containing office space, classrooms and media centers)
