PREFACE:  The duties and responsibilities listed within this page are recommendations for the successful development and implementation of a Target Learning Corporation (TLC) program.  Any individual hired by TLC as an Instructor or Representative would be considered an "Independent Contractor".  As an Independent Contractor, you would be responsible for the successful completion of the contract assignment offered by TLC - the manner in which that assignment is completed is at your discretion.  Naturally, to preserve the integrity of TLC and its programs, we are seeking individuals interested in applying the strategies and methods that have worked well for TLC for more than ten years.  Individuals who do not perform according to the high professional and ethical standards of TLC will not be offered additional contract assignments.
