Confirmed Lead (Public Programs) - This is a full name, phone number and address of an individual who wants to register and pay for a scheduled (or future) Target Learning Public Program.
 

Confirmed Lead (Business/Government Programs) - This is a person representing a business, government agency or non-profit organization who wants to set-up a Target Learning seminar at their place of employment.  The "confirmed lead" must contain the person's full name, phone number, organization/agency name and street address.

Confirmed Lead (High School/College Programs) - This is a full name, phone number and address of a student, parent (or school administrator) who wants to register and pay for a scheduled (or future) Target Learning High School or College Program.

Open Lead - This is the name and phone number of a person who has been referred by a Representative, Lead Generator or Instructor and is interested in learning more about PLS programs.

Paid Registration - This represents a complete seminar registration from an individual or group.  It includes full payment in the form or cash, check or credit card, the enrollee's full name, address and phone number.

Paid Seminar - This represents the completion of a Target Learning seminar and full collection of funds for public and school/college programs.  Business/Government programs are generally direct-billed therefore a "paid seminar" in this case would be at the completion of the seminar instruction.

Program Markets – TLC offers its programs to 3 different markets (i.e. audience types).
●  Public - Individuals seeking self-improvement, personal or professional development
●  School/College - Students interested in improving their reading, writing and study skills
●  Business/Government- Employer-paid (on-site) programs to improve employees' skills
