| Company E-Mail Address Once certified, representatives and instructors will receive a free Target Learning Corp. e-mail account (your_name@targetlearning.net). This account can be used to communicate with prospective clients, existing clients and students. TLC will forward all electronic mail to representatives and instructors. Therefore, representatives and instructors need to have access to the Internet and possess a personal e-mail account. Web Profile Page Once certified, representatives and instructors can be listed on our profile page (on www.targetlearning.net/instructor.html). The page will include a picture and brief description of their professional background. For representatives who have their own business (and represent other training companies) it is acceptable to advertise your services on the TLC profile page - with limitations, and if it does not represent a conflict of interest with TLC programs. Web Site Marketing All TLC representatives will benefit from the global presence of our company web site. For marketing our public seminars, representatives can refer interested individuals to our web site for program information and contact numbers to reach a TLC Product Specialist. For marketing our business or school programs, representatives can refer prospective clients to our web site for
online rate proposals, customized client pages, program methodology and
online registration. Toll-Free Phone Number TLC maintains a toll-free phone number that can be used by representatives to promote TLC programs (for sales and customer service issues) and to communicate (free of charge) with TLC personnel. Payment Processing TLC accepts the following forms of payment for its programs: cash, personal and business checks and major credit cards. Representatives and instructors will not be involved in payment collection for corporate clients since they generally prefer direct billing. However, some public and school programs may involve last minute (1st day of class) payments that require instructors to accept cash, checks or credit card numbers on-site. In such rare cases instructors will be responsible for sending payments "as is" to TLC for full processing. This payment processing service is free to all representatives and instructors. Participant Binders Once a seminar has been arranged (and payment collected for public and school programs) TLC will ship to the instructor the appropriate number of participant binders (based on class size). Each binder contains seminar-related materials, including handouts, reading tests (if applicable), score sheets and activity guidelines. TLC will assume all costs for creating and shipping the participant binders. Instructor Binders To be certified by TLC, each representative and instructor must choose which TLC program(s) he or she would like to promote and/or teach. Each TLC Instructor Binder Kit contains all applicable handouts, suggested instructional strategies, activity guidelines, transparencies and course ouTLCnes necessary to deliver an effective TLC seminar. Given the extensive nature of the materials we must charge all consultants a nominal fee per binder (see price list). However, a representative will be reimbursed for each binder purchased once he or she generates $3,000 in seminar revenue for TLC. Additional Online Seminars To teach a specific TLC seminar an instructor must complete the appropriate TLC online seminar and demonstrate subject proficiency through the TLC Certification Process. |
