       Target Memory
A 4 or 6-Hour Public Seminar to Help You Retain & Recall Information From Any Source

Do you sometimes:

Forget where you left your keys?
 Have trouble recalling specific memories?
Have trouble remembering names, dates & times?
Read an entire page, then immediately forget what you just read?

If so, join the club.

Very few adults can remember everything they see, hear or read. In fact, it's quite common to blame "age" as the culprit for forgetfulness. Although our short-term memory (and concentration) may weaken as we grow older, our long-term memories actually remain intact indefinitely. Fortunately, there are a variety of ways to strengthen your short-term memory as well as recall those "forgotten" long-term memories - without hours of practice.

Who should attend?

Anyone who would like to improve his or her short and long-term memory.

What will I learn?

You will learn how to use your personal thinking style to:

Retain & recall information from readings, meetings & conversations
Quickly move information from short-term to long-term memory
Apply personal memory strategies at work and home
 Improve your mental focus
 Recall "lost" memories

Why do you have different format lengths for the same seminar?

Some individuals can't spend a full day away from work - and some find it difficult to remain focused during a full-day seminar.  Therefore, we created a 4-hour seminar format to present you with all of the strategies necessary to achieve your learning objectives.  Of course, we assume you will immediately return to work after the seminar and apply these strategies to ensure maximum retention.

During our 6-hour format you will have the opportunity to extensively practice our strategies on your own work-related materials (i.e. document types or issues that you find personally challenging).

What makes this seminar different?

Most memory improvement books and seminars recommend a variety of rigid techniques and exercises that, for the most part, can be effective. Unfortunately, these techniques and exercises often require a great deal of effort and time, and don't always work for everyone - particularly in a chaotic work environment.

Therefore, our memory seminar does not focus on complex techniques or lengthy mental exercises. Instead, we show you how to use your natural way of thinking and
preferred learning style to retain and recall information. This is not a gimmick; it is a practical, proven method to improve your memory skills.
